I used to fluctuate constantly. Super strict dieting meant I liked the way I looked…but was I happy?

Boiled chicken, bland veggies, guilt every time I enjoyed froyo, and punishing myself on Monday mornings (with tons of cardio) for what I indulged in over the weekend…

I would go through phases of not dropping weight at ALL sometimes, because my body was adapting to my new (slow and not improved) metabolism. Prolonged diets can lead to a decrease in our hormonal metabolic rates, which can make it even harder for us to lose weight naturally and sustainably. For the longest time, I thought that being miserable was the only way to maintain the physique I wanted.

Boy was I wrong!

I wasn’t living. I was sleep deprived from prioritizing the gym, stressed out about losing progress and had created a cycle of constant stress surrounding my body image. All I wanted was to find a way to balance out my social life, indulge here and there, but still look and more importantly FEEL good.

I was lost.…and then I got sick. My gut health reacted to my drastic up and down dieting, I started experiencing severe bloat, hair loss, skin issues, hormone issues, and brain fog. My body was trying to tell me something.

I didn’t need more boiled chicken and brown rice…I needed to chill.

Helping people has always been my passion. With a degree in Psychology and over 8 years experience as a personal trainer, I have been able to see how true health involves so much more. I went back for further schooling and became a Holistic Nutritionist, and vowed to teach other women how to break the cycle of restriction and burnout for good.

Since 2020, I’ve helped hundreds of women look into a bunch of different factors alongside what they’re eating on their plates (gut health being a BIG one of them!) and take a holistic approach to nutrition. I help women lose weight in a healthy and natural way, while simultaneously guiding them on how to develop a healthy mindset around it all.
